We have the capacity to CNC punch small, fine mesh discs in various materials. These specific discs are for equipment that will be used to study microplastics in the Pacific ocean. We also make very small and very fine discs for medical equipment and small custom shapes can be punched (square, oval etc. to name a few). Some examples of our Ampliato APEX APX3M13 used throughout various restaurants at Union Station in downtown Toronto. This Ampliato product can be powder coated and works well as a backdrop for signage that is both decorative with an industrial feel. We worked with the architect to come up with this unique pattern and the Ampliato APEX APX3M13 is made in Canada. They wanted larger openings with a large percentage of open areas versus standard Ampliato products to allow more light to flow through and keep it visually appealing.
